"Absolutely tasty! Milkshake was full of ice cream. Had the hot chick burger and it was full of flavour and extra hot with the jalapenos! Great service and lots of seating avaliable. We were the only ones there at the time so service was very...prompt. Will be returning"

"They have pretty good service, the food is normal with limited options in the menu. I tried few times and the food was fine but not fascinating me. The calamary was saltier than normal and all were stuck together, it looks like they just deep fried bunch of them from frozen and did not separate them. Salad was very simple with lack of seasoning."

"A lovely venue for a catch up with the girls. Fabulous architecture, warm lighting and an inviting atmosphere - the place was very busy for a cold, wet Monday night. We sat upstairs and those with their back to the beautiful restaurant could admire the vertical garden outside. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had chicken parma, which was delicious and the chips were crispy and yummy. Service was fantastic - couldn't fault the place, actually. We'll definitely be back!"

"Have been meeting with friends for the last four years at this restaurant, so we were excited to have our fifth reunion there. Oh dear, change of staff. No welcoming smile from waiter. Numerous issues with ordering and then the food from the banquets was lukewarm and overcooked. Lobster San Choi Bau , was like risotto with no taste of lobster or any in it. Can only presume lobster stock. Duck was overcooked and dry in pancakes. Think the final straw was the Szechuan beef, due to ordering issues I hadn’t read the menu, we cannot eat spicy foods and would never have had this, waiter offered to take it and wash it. Lost for words we just said could we just have beef in Blackbean, no dish had been cooked. Rice was inedible, lukewarm and over cooked. Rang to speak with manager, he was the waiter. So no apology there. Wouldn’t split bill one third to two thirds, as do not split bills, no signage. But let us pay half each !!!!!"

"The most important factor of a restaurant experience is the food, this food was good. We enjoyed everything; samosas, pakoras, garlic naan, malai kofta, bombay beef raita. The food was tasty didn't leave the horrible aftertaste that often occurs after one eats Indian cuisine. The portion sizes were good, the prices were better than other local Indian restaurants. On the negative side, this place is more like a takeaway shop that serves food. It has no ambience, not many tables. The lighting is too bright, the surrounds don't even try to bring in an Indian influence. However when we eat locally, we usually just want a good quick meal to be back on the couch watching TV within an hour, rather than a romantic experience. So as far as our needs go, it was good we will definitely be back. If you want to hold hands, canoodle feed one another with locked arms, perhaps you should try somewhere else. I recommend you book though; it is a popular place."

"Special Fried Rice not so special. Bits and pieces of something in there, not sure what. Roast Pork and seasonal vegetables lacking in flavour and veggies too hard. Battered Chicken Sweet and Sour was more batter and less chicken. Such a shame this place changed hands."

"We had a 9 course banquet for 9 people and were very impressed by the friendly happy family service and the quality of the food. No corkage and the staff were happy to take photos, and provide take away containers. The restaurant was clean and well presented and there was lots of parking spaces outside"

There's no "wow" factor but, it's still a good meal and worth checking out."
