"The steak, potato and bread were excellent on my visit today but what caused me to post this review and take away points was my bartender/server. It took forever to get my first drink and menu. It seemed that whatever she was doing on her phone was more important than a paying customer. She eventually brought me my drink and some bread but never brought the extra butter that was requested. Eventually, she asked for my lunch order. The food arrived promptly and was perfectly cooked. By then (about 45 mins later), I was ready to order another drink. I finally managed to get the attention of the bartender as she looked up from her phone and got my drink. Like I said, the food was good but the customer service was lacking today. The bartender/server's phone was more important than me and when she did interact with me she really made me feel if I was just a nuisance and not important. I'm really low key and low maintenance and, generally, cut servers some slack but today was over the top. Longhorn, you can do better when it comes to customer facing employees. Don't let them use their phones while at work. Require them to provide good customer service."

"We ordered a chicago style deep dish stuffed pizza. It was amazing and worth the wait! We like this place as much as Giordano’s deep dish pizza (Kississime, FL) and better than Tortuga’s (used to he on Hwy 280) deep dish pizza. Everything is so fresh! The marinara is just a tad sweet (which I love). We also had fried cheese sticks which were pretty average, but still yummy and fried mushrooms were good too. We are so excited to have an authentic Chicago deep dish place in the Ham! We didn’t try any regular or thin crust pizzas but the ones passing by our table looked tasty! Service was great, we were checked on frequently both by our server and others. We will definitely go back!"

"The food was delicious. We have been here several times and I usually get the shrimp and grits but decided to change up a little bit. The turkey and dressing was so good. The carrot soufflé was awesome. The place was nice and clean, we had a great server and the other customers were nice also. If you're looking for a nice place to eat try Dale's I highly recommend it. Oh did I mention they serve large portions of food? I am so full!!"
