"Freshly prepared, well presented, fabulous quality Greek dishes with friendly staff. the weeping they have recommended to combine with the means of life were also fantastic. not to mention the great complementary dessert at the end of the meal (raki macarons.)"

"Very good make your own sandwiches (you can also choose the proposed recipes, which we did). Good for a quick lunch before heading to the Museum for example. They make their own mayonnaise and the owner was really nice spending time to explain their menu."

"Excellent Cretean meal! We highly recommend this restaurant whilst in Heraklion. It’s a short walk from the city centre and totally worth passing other places/ going a bit further afield. We enjoyed the traditional Cretean ways of complimentary bread, dessert and raki ouzo. For main we shared the orange salad and wild goat. We opted for greens with the goat rather than potato, due to the amount of bread that came as an appetiser. The waiter wasn’t keen on this he said it wouldn’t taste good, and we liked his honesty and pride for his food. But safe to say the greens were delicious and everything worked really well for our taste. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant, book ahead, and be ready to eat a lot (there were many things on the menus we were too full for! ."

"Hello. thanks. antonios and his wife for the incredibly good food! we discovered the restaurant by chance during the holiday while going to heraklion. the restaurant looks very welcoming. antonios gave us a very warm reception and explained the concept of the restaurant and gave us good advice. what then came out of the kitchen was simply amazing, the best we ever eat! the taste went so well together. they can say that eating was prepared with much love. if they are in heraklion, they should definitely see it for themselves and eat it there. many thanks for the unforgettable experience and that we could get to know them. we wish them the best!"

"Very friendly owner. we found the place from the lonely planet, but was quite empty. not sure why the part was quite big and eating was great. at the end, as at many other places, we were offered free dessert and raki. I loved it!"
