"We tried three different types of noodle soup and everyone was delicious, unique and very nourishing. You can say they use high quality ingredients. The portions are huuuge. The ambience is beautiful for a dinner. The staff is friendly but not English!"

"They choose and they freeze for them otherwise they choose the precooked dumplings (mixed with mushrooms)."

"We arrived when they wanted to open the doors on Sunday at 11:30 p.m., and the other early customers waiting outside told me to go in and take care of my name on their walk in the list. we didn't have to wait long to be able to sit, as we were very early: I didn't see that the people had to wait outside for a table to free up an hour later. we were asked if we were to eat milk or eggs to which I both rejected. so they gave us their vegan menu instead of the normal ovo lacto. it was only in Chinese, so I tried my best to translate it into English for one of my ess Companions who did not speak. they have a lot of different appetizers, sushi, roasted food, grill, cooked dishes, deer and drinks including soft drinks and alcohol. Some of the menu items had a note that they were lacto vegetarian, which confused me as the menu was labeled with the title “vegan Menu”. they simply remain away from the objects written among them. for three of us, my tante ordered two set meals choice of the entree with kitchen choice for appetizer, roasted food, cooked dish, and suppe: sesam sauce nudeln ancestral, came with lots of fresh vegetables and sushi 壽-cycle, omakase selection from nigiri, a geilken maki roll, and a piece of in everything tasted delicious and fresh made, and everything came out in a good tempo, which was important as it limited space on the table. the appetizer for the noodles was a burdock handrolle ξ手手э , and the for the sushi entree was chilled vegetables 冷菜, slices of the wintermelone, blnched color, and seetang . both came with the mushroom soup 鮮 as their cooked dish and vegetabile elansuppe 味≠ 味 for their suppe. two suppers on a hot summer day? nice that they have air conditioning! for the fried cure they both came with tempoura-batterie-pilz on a spit, genetically called “Tempura Vegetable Skewer” 蔬菜串揚 on the menu. My favourite items were the sesame seed saculas and the mushrooms “meat balls”, which were filled with a tofu filling, broken, and then roasted deep. the former is served chilled, which fits us well on a hot day. I also loved everyone in it."

"Don't expect Japanese sushi rolls there because they have their own Taiwanese flavour. I really liked their sushis though, especially the one with mushroom. I am not sure if their sauces are all vegan so you better make sure before you buy it or ask them to leave it out"

"Although they actually deep fry some of the skewers before grilling, they are still pretty tasty. I used Google translate to ask if all the food is vegan and it is not: make sure you state no egg, no dairy and they 'll show you what to choose from. On offer are a few types of tofu, tofu skins, mushrooms, potato, broccoli, eggplant, rice cakes, konjac and more. A good option for vegans at the night market."

"Night markets can be difficult to eat, as the vast majority of providers are not veg*n-friendly. It also usually feels like the ones who sell quite all the same things: stinky tofu, fried mushrooms, green onion pancakes, sweet potato balls, etc. Nothing seems to be hyperlocal and especially. Until I found this stand! I learned that white sugar rice cakes are a traditional caohsiung dessert, and I never had it in another night market. You are super affordable (NT$15 per), and the only decision you need to make is what taste of white sugar you want to coat your freshly fried rice cake in: peanut or black sesame. They taste perfect cake hot from the frit, and the black sesame scent was divine. You could see a line, but it is moving fast: this is the good thing to visit a provider that has built up 50 years of experience. BYO container is extra environmentally friendly!"

"I didn't expect me to find such a nice place in this opposite. it is quite simple, but it is also clean, the staff seems super friendly and positiw, and eating is amazing. I had the kimchi noodles and some grilled items like brokkoli, shijitake mushrooms, tofu skin and vegan hot dog. on the menu that is labeled with the means lacto-vegetairan means ovo-vegetarian, and the rest is all vegan that is the majority of the dishes. there is a range for sauces and dressings that they can take after their desire. highly recommended if you want a fast vegan meal!"

"A local vegan friend recommended this place after a hike in Shoushan. The restaurant is very small, so I highly recommend a reservation, especially on weekends. They were made of indoors when we arrived at lunch on Saturday, but we sat outside in summer heat. The owner offered to decide about the Entrees for us so that we could taste some of their favorites. I have specified that we are vegan, as well as the set menu upgrade we wanted (a salad drink); so he took it from there. The pizza was half margherita, half the Roman pizza bianca with violife cheese. The crust reminded me of airy, crispy Japanese rice crackers that wasn't exactly what I expected, but it was still pleasant. Make sure the zucchini and potato slices slip off the pizza if you don't keep it parallel to the ground! The pasta was spaghetti with asparagus and pesto sauce, but there were so many other fresh vegetables on it: King oyster mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shshatake mushrooms, beech mushrooms, white button mushrooms, baby corn, yellow squash, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels spits. We wondered where they got their products from. The pasta tasted handmade and was perfect al dente. The mango juice was refreshing and perfect in a hot day. And the salad was one of the closest I had to have something I had ordered in the states: not drowned in fresh fruit and Thousand Island Style Dressing. I enjoyed our meal there, although I had to put up with the heat. The prices are slightly higher, but the freshness of the products and the quality of the pasta made it all worth the extra effort."

"I didn't know what to expect when I came to google maps about this place. on the one hand, the situation is completely wrong, so instead of a 12-minute walk from where I stayed, I also had to turn around and my steps and beyond for 22 more minutes to reach their actual address that is on their Facebook page. the hours listed on google and facebook do not reflect when they actually serve bengos: they do this only during weekday lunches. when I appeared at 9:30 a.m. and asked for a vegan bento, they had nothing ready. Instead, they offered some noodles that they prepared for a large group breakfast. I was glad to go with him. I could taste the fact that they stuff their suppe for hours to get a rich taste: they use sugar cane, mais on the cob, conbu and mushrooms. they are really not set up for people in whom I can immerse, but they let me sit on a table while they harass me with fresh fruit, tee, snacks and spicy of all kinds. they also gave me a brochure to visit a foguangshan museum. I politely rejected the Shaqima snack because he was ovo-lacto. I would come back if I visited kaohsiung to taste her beautiful looking bengos for lunch!"
