"Dinner was nice and the place filled up pretty fast it was a good idea to reserve a table before. The meal was reasonable and so was the service. Plus it was a convenient short walk from my accommodation."

"During the meal we ordered a coke, specifying we didn't want a glass of coke but a bottle. After waiting a few minutes, we asked for it again, specifying we wanted a bottle and not a glass. Instead, they brought us a glass, so we reminded, though embarrassed, that we had asked for a bottle to share. The waiter asked whether we wanted it to be changed, we said yes, so he brought a bottle. It had already been opened. We tryed it and was clearly flat. As for the food, it was average."

"Had beautiful takeaway coffee served by a very delightful young man named Tim. He's a credit to the OHK which itself is a beautiful café inside and out. It oozes charm and has a family feel that money can't buy. If you're in Kinsale it's definitely worth double parking or even on double yellow lines to get something from here. Everything is just class."

"Was here with a group of 8. The food was delicious and it was a really enjoyable atmosphere. However I was torn between leaving a 4 star or 2 star as one of the waitress on the night had such a bad attitude. She was unhelpful and argued with one of the guests over a wrong order as instead of just apologising."

"My ‘go to’ happy place every time I’m back in Kinsale. Wonderful food wine very attentive staff. So happy to see you’re doing so well! Standing room only while we were there. Make sure to call ahead for a reservation... it’s well worth it!"

"Opted for a seated meal, rather than takeaway at their window next door, which would understandably have been a lot cheaper. But the ambiance, service, decor and comfortable view was worth it. It's fish and chips. Done well. Served with enough time for a wander and shop afterwards."
