"I ordered online 45 minutes ago and still they haven't prepared my order. When my phone showed my that the order is ready, I went to the store. When I entered the store, they asked me to pay and then they kept me waited for 30 minutes. It wasridiculous. 10 people were there waiting. They didn't feel sorry at all and didn't even apologize. I wanted to leave the storebut because they had made me to pay at first (without telling me that my order will take 30 more minutes to get ready) Icouldn't. This is the worst domino's ever."

"Highland special calzone is all meats+ onions pepper mushrooms but it's 90% onions and 8% peppers I love onions and peppers but there is a hint of pepperoni in one bite, a wistful memory of a sausage in the next, and a bare corner of salami when you biteinto an entire onion wrapped in dough in the last. I took my second bite and knew I'd need to brush my teeth before seeinganother human. Every bite was a fight of my willpower to taste anything but onion. I payed for every meat they had on the menuand I got three whole onions, half a bell pepper, and two slices of pepperoni, one meatball, a tiny slice of ham, bad breath,and heartburn"

"Tonight's experience was totally different from my last one. It was a busy hopping night. Had to wait a bit for a table and had a fairly long wait for our ordered meals to come out of the kitchen. None of this was a huge issue for me. Places do get busy. The server was a little bit absent(let our water run out) but did a reasonable job. The problem I had was the food. I was here a while back and I had an excellent meal here so I know what they used to be capable of. We were a party of 5 people. Of the 3 burgers we ordered, only one of them was cooked close to medium rare as ordered. The other two were well done. Two were cowboy burgers. The bacon was burned. The rolls were burned. I never saw an onion ring in mine. My burger was also quite small and looked like it had a chunk taken out of it. Both Cowboy burgers came with fries however I got very few fries in comparison to my son who ordered the same meal. The 3rd burger was a warp burger. The shape of the burger was crazy. Like someone ripped the burger open as it cooked and twisted it. Sort of a butterfly shape. Again. Looking like a chunk was taken out of it as it was so misshapen. The person who had this burger didn't eat it. She said the texture of the burger was off and it didn't taste good. Two of the people in our party ordered the salmon sandwich. One person said the salmon was not fresh(this was not different from the last visit actually) but worst still, was overcooked and crunchy. The 2nd person who ordered the salmon never touched her meal so we boxed it up. She was feeling ill(not related to the restaurant or the meal). Another problem were the fries. They tasted like fish. No idea why. Probably use the same oil to cook the fish and chips and haven't changed it recently. Just a bad practice regardless. Honestly, had this not been a birthday celebration, food would have been sent back. But no one wanted to make a fuss. It's just a huge disappointment that we had such wonderful food last time we were here. On this visit the food was terrible(most of it preparation errors). I have no doubt we will come back here some day to find out if it was just a bad night but I'm in no hurry. Lowell has no shortage of excellent restaurants. I'm actually sad this place did such a bad job because we loved it so much during our previous visit. I can't get over how badly this place went downhill. I want to recommend this restaurant to people, but i just can't now. There was so much wrong."

"I went in with my boyfriend and we were seated quickly. You have the choice of inside or out. Outside does have a waiting period though. I recommend reserving a table if you want to guarantee sitting outside. We both ordered white chicken chili and it camewith a free bread appetizer. The bread was very nice and soft. It went well with the chili. The white chicken chili was alsodelicious. I'm definitely going to get it again. It was very flavorful. The service was also great and the server was a sweetyoung lady. You have the option to pay online too. I'll probably be coming here in the near future!"
