"A delightful find as this place is located right beside my favorite spa. I was not able to try their ramen (not a ramen fan!) But sampled their appetizer dishes.

If any tips, just buy the appetizers! :) They are reasonably priced and with awesome serving size! I bought great tasting mabo tofu for a stral at P160 -- huge, huge serving :) Bought gyoza but didnt enjoy them. Too oily and they "disintegrated" because they are over steamed.
"

Your Local is one of the Most Awesome Restaurant in Makati and awarded as one of the best restaurants in the world by Conde Nast Traveler.

Your Local offer their own interpretation of Asian comfort food. One of the must try dish is the Salmon Donburi according to Denise Ang and Unisse Chua.

THE FOOD

Appetizer

????Beef Rendang Buns for Php290.00 (Beef Rendang, Smoked Aioli, Pickled Cucumber, Cilantro in Fried Mantou) - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
"Average serving per plate is 2 pieces."

????Chili Crab Buns for Php290.00 (Chili Crab, Cucumber Spears, Leeks, Cilantroin Fried Mantou) - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
"Average serving per plate is 2 pieces."

????Semi Fried Eggplant for Php340.00 (Baby Eggplant, Mascarpone Cream Cheese, Ponzu, Tempura Flakes, Squid Ink Crumbs) - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
"One of my favorites in what we order. "The place was a dirty for a restaurant and the food was expensive for its small portions. Compared to the other branches, they're about the same."

"I gotta hand it to Wabi-Sabi for being that cool spot at the Collective to serve vegan versions of popular asian dishes. Their Tom Yum noodles, Pot Stickers and Pho are SO GOOD and all-vegan; the Tom Yum and Pho being a crazy, aromatic, tasty mess of herbs and noodles. The Pot Stickers are filled with mushrooms (shiitake I think).

They fall short on attempting to recreate pork dishes, however. Their Bahn Mi meat tasted savory-sweet, and their shio ramen was a saltier version of their pho, with veggie meat as a poor substitute for chashu pork. It tasted great, it just didn't taste like ramen.

Don't get me wrong, I loved this place and would definitely go back, but only for their Pot Stickers and Tom Yum."

"We rented a place nearby and wanted to eat dinner within the area. I suggested to check the Collective and we found Wabi-Sabi. The food that they serve are vegetarian meals.

It was indeed a good choice! No guilt noodle soup! I ordered tomyum while my dad had viet pho. My mom and brother had tantanmen. We ordered those three because the others were not available. We also added harumaki for sharing. At first, we just ordered one harumaki until we ordered another and then another one! It was very flavorful and chewy. It's like fried tekamaki. The tomyum is sour, not much of a fan for the veggies that tasted odd but I enjoyed it especially the tofu and other cold cuts. The viet pho was like my tomyum except that it wasn't sour and had different toppings. I like the noodles used for tomyum and viet pho which was chewy. A different noodle compared to that of famous Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The tantanmen is sesame oil based so it's for people who like that kind.... read more"

"A place for all ages. If you have kids and still want something to eat for you, bring them here. They have chicken and pasta for your kids and some desserts, and you can choose from a variety of English and Indian dishes to suit your taste buds. For friends outside of office hours, meet up in the pub at the bar and grab a bottle or two before calling them for a day.

Pratha - P115 (looks like naan, but pratha is made from whole wheat flour)
one of my favorites - it's a good starter. Well you can rip part of it if

Chicken Tikka Masala - P455
The seasoning isn't too strong, but it tastes good, except for the little pieces of chicken
Steak Pie - P395
One of the tastiest dishes served with puff pastry! If it doesn't get difficult for you, dig in the chips on the side ????

Spicy Buffalo Wings - P295
spicy? yes too spicy no, not really, but the wings are so tender, best with Guinness beer!

Fish and Chips - P425
also served with pea puree! "They open at 11:30 am but the sign was still closed when I got there exactly at 11:30 am so I waited outside the entrance of the restaurant. I thought maybe there was an emergency so they were still closed, or maybe my watch was running too fast. Then a Japanese customer came and the staff let him in. I thought he was the owner so they let him in. 5 minutes passed and the sign still closed. So I tried and knocked on the door and asked if they are open. Then they switched the sign to open. As I walked into the restaurant I could see the staff were still cleaning and arranging some tables. I also saw 4 customers who were already seated. I honestly don't know if "certain people" should enter the restaurant first, but it looks like they do.

Getting the waitress noticed was a headache. There were 3-4 employees literally less than 6 steps away from me, but they were busy with who knows what. Fortunately, one of the kitchens is ... read more "

"Yes! I give a five!

I visited the UCC Viena Café in Greenbelt because: (1) they serve really good food and (2) their people are reliable and always accommodating.

The one in the picture is one of the variants of their Omurice. I am not a fan of curry. I would avoid curry as much as possible. But it was hard to say no to this one when shrimp, mushrooms, salmon, and omurice kept calling for my taste buds.

My personal favorite, however, is the spaghetti and seafood soup paired with one of their sandwiches (which are all equally appealing to me). Maybe I'm just biased because I love seafood, but I think I'm fair and honest when I say it's really great! You should definitely try this! I'll take a photo next time (I always forget because all I can think of when I order this is devour it ????)

On the pricing side, be clear if you are on a budget. You have been warned. :) :)"

"Located in a busy street of Carlos Palanca, Makati. The Belle and Dragon not only is a great place to have some drinks after office hours, they also serve really great food.

Wanton Nachos - The very tender ground pork taste so good with crispy Wanton topped with Mozarella and Cheddar Cheese. The Hoisin Sour Cream Slaw and Sriracha Aioli Sauce are perfect combo.

Soba Salad - The Soba Noodles were al dente. Sesame Dressing's smell will make you want to dig in more. Mix it well as there's Shrimp and Mangoes underneath.

Chicken Karaage Baos - These were my favorite. The Fried Mantou Buns were a bit sweet but the saltiness flavor of the Chicken gave it a very distinct taste.

Salt and Pepper Squid - Crispy and chopped bite sized.
Perfectly paired with beer.

Salmon Aburi - Fried Brusell Sprouts and Bonito Flakes then sauted in Malt Vinegar. I enjoyed this dish because it was very tasty.

Double Dragon Burger - The Black Angus meat was well seasoned. It was thick and tender. It has Cheddar Cheese and Caramelized Onions inside which makes it more succulent. You can ask for additional of Foie Gras, Fried Egg, Bacon or Sauteed Mushrooms. I highly recommend the Foie Gras. Crazily delicious.

Jerked Chicken - The Peanut Satay Sauce tasted so good. The only thing we noticed though was that the chicken was not well cooked.

House Dry Aged Steak - It was served rare but if you wanted it medium rare, you can ask them to do so. This was the bomb. Very mouthwatering for it was aged in house for 28 days. You can really taste the flavor throughout.

Herb Crusted Salmon - Served with Corn Pudding, Charred Corn and Tomatoes.

Shepherd's Pie - This tasted so good. The Curried Lamb made this dish very delectable. It's like your eating a Lasagna but it was not pasta but Mashed Potato.

Masala Mac and Cheese - Not much fan of this dish as I find the Masala Spices too overpowering.

Poached Eggs - It was ok but not really memorable.

Crispy Pata - It was cooked well. Tender and very crispy and tomatoes on the side gave this dish more flavor to it.

B&D Cheesecake - Best cheesecake I've had in my life.

Magners - This beer made from seventeen varieties of apples. That makes this beer sweetest of all I've tasted.

Lucy Liu - Now I know that Soju and Yakult are a great combo.

I highly recommend this place after long hours at work. They have sports being shown on screen too. I believe they also has regular gig happening every night.

They also have promo offers for the month of March.
- Heineken only 100 per glas from 4 - 7pm
- Drink all you can, San Miguel 999php
- Stella Artois, 2 pints for only 500
- Hoegaarden and Hoegaarden Rosee, 2 pints for 600php

anjcolumna.wordpress.com"
