"Our burgers came frozen and unfortunately when the price is high there are also similar expectations and demands! The prices are definitely too steep for what they offer. We ordered 3 burgers, all cooked medium and they came not well done, but congratulations... they were overcooked and if you know from a burger, the mistakes are obvious! The bun is tasty but nothing special, and the potatoes are of course pre-fried. The crispy chicken burger was definitely not crispy and the fillet was ready bought from a supermarket (it's not made in house and it doesn't have anything different-special) and for some reason I can't understand they had cut it into fillets (unacceptable and funny) ! Maybe I'm a bit strict but from what I heard and read I expected much more! Because I want to be objective and not do injustice, I will give it a second chance and soon I will leave! Of course, if the experience is good, the post will change! I give 3 stars and no less because I was one of the last orders of the day and I understand the fatigue. The most positive note was the delivery man dressed as Santa!"

"There is no display case with the food like in a classic restaurant for you to see and choose, they are written on a pad and they read 4-5 foods to you. The food is probably all in the fridge or freezer and they heat it up for you at the last minute in the microwave after they ask you if you want it hot. Probably only delivery works, so the customers don't know about the prepared foods. They are about 10% cheaper than others. I won't go again. Service: Take out"
