"I felt some nervousness going to this hotel. It's pretty pricey, and has some mixed reviews. We booked a sea view apartment with breakfast dinner and wasn't disappointed. The view was gorgeous and the room was a great size. The furnishings in the room were definitely a bit worn/cheap so I can see where some negativity can surface in reviews. The chairs on our balcony were impossible to sit on without sliding off, and a cupboard door was falling off. Some tlc would definitely help. The actual facilities exceeded expectation. The pool was a good size, probably around 15m. The spa was relaxing and the massage I booked was sublime, if not on the expensive side. The breakfast buffet (pictured) was very generous, and would cater to most tastes. It's far more extensive than a standard continental. It was £6 to upgrade to a vegan cooked breakfast. Dinner options were also good. Under the package we got a starter, side, main and desert which was more than enough to eat. We took our toddler with us, which was one of the main reasons for selecting this location. We wanted somewhere to holiday that wasn't harder to deal with than being at home. Between the meals being sorted, the two story soft play and the entertaining toddler crafting sessions, this was an ideal hotel. If you don't like toddlers and dogs, these advantages can be a distraction. Overall, we loved the bedruthan and we're sad to leave. We'll no doubt be going back in the future. P. S. It really doesn't look great on first arrival! It's a rather dated looking building from the outside."

"We were lucky enough to have our wedding at this incredible hotel. The day was really perfect, we had great communication from the events team from initial booking to leading up to our day. Helping us create a vision, plans and ideas of what we wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a romantic chilled wedding. The hotel itself is STUNNING, the spa is great and food so delicious. We will be coming back for many anniversaries."
