"Robins is a classic. It's a place to take off. The portions are huge, the sauces are great, and the beef ribs are just the best I had everywhere. Meaty, smoked, huge and dirty, a plate of 7 (known as The Stud) beef ribs is about as much as anyone would ever try to eat in a session. The blue cheese walnuts, beans and blueberry muffin are also served as ancillary dishes. Robin's menu also has a full selection of BBQ and other plate. I did not try any of the non-BBQ dishes, but the entire BBQ I tried is good (although I would definitely recommend the ribs over the chicken). There are several “all-you-can-eat” specialties, depending on which day of the week you are there. These are strict for serious hunger, as even “normal” portions are huge. The chocolate cake is divine and like other dishes – HUGE. Very recommended. The atmosphere is very casual with stands, tables and even counter-style. There is also an outdoor restaurant."

"Our brunch at Perle was an exquisite culinary journey in the heart of Pasadena. The restaurant 's inviting French ambiance, combined with an array of delectable dishes, left a lasting impression. The Escargots were a sublime start, with their delicate garlic butter sauce and tender snails. The baguette transported me to a Parisian boulangerie, and the Onion soup was a comforting classic. Not to be missed, the Eggs Benedict showcased the chef 's skill and creativity. Throughout our visit, the staff 's professionalism added to the charm of Perle. If you seek an authentic French dining experience, a visit to Perle in Pasadena is highly recommended."

"Unfortunately I gave this place 5 stars and recommended them always, but I can no longer. Last night we ordered pizza as we always know them for as long as customers have an excellent pizza. it was terrible. Maybe a bad night, it happens. that wouldn't stop me from returning to be honest. So I went to her Facebook page to get in touch and let her know, hey we have a really bad pizza. I didn't want anything, but let them know. there on the side I see a budding anti-mask nonsense as well as attacking and offensive customers whose reviews they did not like. that is a huge no for me and I told them very polite that I did not return. also a private message to her that she let know about bad pizza. they kindly offered me to reimburse me and asked me to tell them everything I ordered. I answered them to thank them, but no need to pay back. they had blocked me. I find this incredibly small and unprofessional. that's why I'm giving a 1-star rating. I can forgive a bad pizza. mocking and belittling customers to disregard their security and be rude, I will not give my business and not recommend. hopefully, if they can sell this restaurant that stands for a long time to sell, new owners will not be so terrible."

"My sohn is the most picky eater. we ordered pizza and pommes with a side of cheese dip sauce. he ate everything on his teller tonight, then commented how his eating was “very delicious!” everything was hot and fresh. the supplier was very pleasant and played with him on the door. overall it was an amazing first experience."

"Friend and I went to this location after being flat out ignored, at a different chain restaurant. We were greeted by 2 different employees as we walked to the bar and greeted again very kindly by the bartender. The bartender promptly took our order and served our drinks. Unfortunately the previous restaurant had waisted part of my friend 's lunch hour so we ended up having to ask for our order to be changed from dine in, to to go . Bartender was more than happy to oblige. Manager noticed and come over to make sure everything was fine. We explained to him what happened at the previous restaurant and that we were so appreciative of the attentiveness we received at his restaurant. He made light hearted jokes with us and made us feel very welcome.We will be returning regularly!!!"

"The portions are quite large. The Skyview at the Palm Grill Pasadena was average, but the sushi was decent. The indoor decor is fantastic. Watch out for those half glass walls after a few sake bombs, however."
