"They have consistently mushrooms, cactus(Nopales), squash, potatoes, beans and large rice and tortillas. 2 portions(a full plate with beans and rice is 50 pesos. Your Agua fresca (fruit water) is also really beautiful. I ate this more than a few times a week for months, and was not tired of it! Service is great. You usually use paper sheets and plastic cups so if possible bring your own. As a rule, they begin to run 1 and close by 3 hours."

"Bicho's moved from the busy corner on Revolucion to the secluded Iguana Garden but kept its awesome family-run taco experience. I've been eating tacos for 40 years in Mexico and SF Bay Area, and this is HANDS-DOWN the most delicious taco i've ever had due to -- 1) Amazing large thick freshly handmade corn/flour hybrid tortillas, not greasy little floppy things like most street tacos 2) Quesadillas are even bigger and generously filled with tasty melted cheese & meat of your choice (carne asada is grilled on wood-fire, grilled fish availkable too) 3) Most delicious range of toppings & salsa that can double the size of your taco. If you know how you like them you can customize to your taste, and i know how to make mine super duper screaming good! 4) Full meal & beer for $65) Inside a peaceful creekside Iguana garden and not on exhaust filled street"

"Food was good. There’s definitely some more special boutique restaurant experiences out there. However we were consistently asked if we were okay when our food was coming out late. Which is nice but overwhelming. The drinks were good as well. I would very much rec this place for a large group setting."

"Although this restaurant isn’t fully vegan, they have amazing vegan options. They are willing to make anything vegan or vegetarian. We were in heaven, from the handmade blue corn tortillas to the chilaquiles to the variety of salsas, pure heaven, AND all for $150 pesos! To top it off we were given a complimentary tequila shot, you know because it’s good for digestion. :"

"This is some unbelievably tasty, authentic Italian food. We ate here four nights in a row (in a row!) because we kept wanting to try other items on the menu. Every dish we had was absolutely amazing and beautifully presented. True, handmade pasta. The owners are wonderful people and awesome hosts. Seriously couldn't give a higher recommendation for this restaurant!"

"I read Rave reviews and even saw a travel blog about this Taco spot, so I knew I had to try it. the various options she had really made, it friendly for all diets. I had the gobenador taco who was smoked with roasted cheese. it was delicious and something I would not normally try. two tacos are much as a meal as they are quite large. they also give them several salsas and sway with the tacos!"
