"Took my daughter for a meal in between her shift. The time was about 4.10pm not busy. We sat at our table waited for menus. After 10 minutes my daughter got up and got them. This is not the first time it has happen, but we thought we would give it another go. Finally waitress came over, she sat on chair right in my daughter face took our order (think she was New because she didn't know what we were ordering). We waited for our coffee and water after 20 minutes the dark skin guy asked if were taken care of, we said yes, but was waiting on our drinks, he told someone else to get them, it went to the wrong table. Meals came, my daughter meal was missing half of it's food, coffee was cold. The dark skin guy walks around doing nothing. He chooses who he serves. I've witnessed this on a couple of visits. Sorry Redcliffe gave you plenty of chances, but today was your last never going back. Would not recommend this coffee club."

"My wife and I had breakfast here today and it was excellent. I had the big breakfast which was plentiful, with bacon, sausages, eggs tomato and mushrooms. While it was all cooked wonderfully the mushrooms were the highlight of the meal. My wife has the spinach and mushrooms eggs benedict, which again was perfectly cooked. The highlight of both her meal and the whole meal in general was that the chef made his own hollandaise sauce and it was awesome. It is such a shame to so many chefs now don't make their own and rely on bottled product. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and one I would do again"
