"So we had a reservation at 11:45. We showed up a few minutes before our time and proceeded to wait until 12:30 and we were still not seated. There was no sense of apology. We left because reservations do not work that way. There were another group of 4 who showed up after we waited for around 15-20 minutes, at this point. The waitress seated them first because They were on the reservation list before us, and she also stated not because they were also French . We didn 't even know that. Why even mention they are French. This isn 't how reservations work. Just because we had a similar exact reservation time, if we showed up before them, then the next reservation goes first. You don 't let customers that put in a reservation wait for 45 minutes without saying anything. You don 't let people that showed up late go in front of those who were already here. Anyways,pathetic management skill. Maybe the food is great, but I 'm not bothered to find out."

"If I could give this place, I would. First of all, they should be told that they don't mumble, and smile now and then. No longer welcome to Moe's I guess as sullen enployees began to work there. Secondly, put a sign when you are out of important things. I ordered a white chicken quesadilla, got everything on it, and then the only thing she had was to put sour cream or vingarette on it. The chicken was so watery that it was halfway through a soggy inedible mess. I used to drive out of Mauldin because this moe was so good, now I'll never waste a dimme again."

"My husband recently discovered he is gluten-sensitive. He tried the Margherita pizza with gluten-free crust. It is so much better than other GF crusts we have tried. It was the thickness of a hand-tossed pizza, buttery, and delicious. I had the pear salad, which is spinach, maple cinnamon candied walnuts, craisins, red onion, blue cheese crumbles, fig balsamic vinaigrette, and red pears. (My mouth is watering right now just writing about it! Perfect balance of flavors and plenty to satisfy me after working in the yard all morning. The service is great, and I love it is in downtown Simpsonville. Great atmosphere!! Highly recommend you try it!"
