"And gyoza! Nice restaurant, quick service, and good prices. Food was delicious too. We had ramen, gyoza and the hirata bun with mushrooms. The only 2 things I would love to see different would be the coating in the tofu which is very very thick and there weren’t any cool vegan desserts except for icecream."

"Pure is a chain restaurant with coffee, tea and light meals. It's one of the less well-known restaurants and after the visit I don't understand why. The amount of vegan options is overwhelming! I went to breakfast and had a selection of bread, sandwiches and British hearty breakfast (Mushrooms, Beans). I went for anti-oxidant rice with blueberries and roasted almonds. It was much smaller than expected and it had the strangest blueberries I've ever seen (who peeled them? Nevertheless, the taste was good. And so my oat milk base was Chai Latte. Because of the small portion I also tried the vegan almond croissant. As croissants are usually made with butter, this was a rare opportunity to eat one. However, this is not a standard Croissant. While it doesn't look that way, it's very sweet and has the nutritional value of a sugar bomb. After this first experience, I recommend giving Pure a chance. This special restaurant is located near the entrance of the London Bridge Station (outside, not within the station next to a McDonalds. It is also open on weekends, unlike many Pret A Manger restaurants (the most important rivals in the same area."
