"The de vico is one of the 6 or more eiscafés along the maximilanstrasse - but it has a look at the old village and is therefore different from the others. However, it is on the side of the shadow - this is very pleasant in the summer but it is very pleasant and occasionally you get a few sun rays. ice and coffee are ok, the service too. - it's one of the beautiful ice cafés of speyer, at least my appreciation. but as a tourist you don't have to have been here, because there are many German towns in eiscafés."

"Who is looking for a beautiful beer garden with typical beer garden or guest house kitchen in the best sense good-bourgeois, who comes here fully at his expense. to make it is that the speiscard is different in the beer garden and host house and some foods are only available in the host house. in my case, that meant that after initially nice place in the beer garden the move to the pub was necessary to be able to eat there where I was happy. something complicated and also in the thing not quite understandable. well, unfortunately, this is only clear when you have already taken a place in the beer garden. from the staff there were no complaints, all were friendly and helpful. the quality of the kitchen is in the best sense good-bourgeois, no great surprises but also no disappointment. a clear recommendation, measured on the correct expectations of the guest. who, however, seeks gastronomic adventure, will be disappointed. a clear recommendation among the restrictions made."

"Really liked this beer garden. Not too busy on a Saturday lunch time, good staff service from several staff who also spoke English and were very polite. It's also a child friendly place with climbing frame/place to play so costumiers were a mix of families and couples. The beer is fresh and has a good amount of flavour to it. Food was also served hot and we chose a Brezel pizza which was great for me but too much mustard/meerettich for my son. Though he still got to enjoy the crust. And I got to enjoy the rest! The interior is also large and had interesting beer related decor (though nobody eats inside on a warm day) which would be perfect from autumn onwards and the right time to come to try out their winter beer."
