"I'm sorry... it was terrible! The howie bread was almost as thick as a piece of paper and the pizza was raw and not cooked... I don't know what else to say... I'm so very disappointed in you guys... we tipped well too before you even started the order but screw the customer right.........?????"

"I have to try. I really like what's going on. This is the next to a Genessee district Big John's. The steak is well cut, boiled to delective texture, with the grilled onions and the additional mushrooms and it is a HIT!! But don't forget the red sauce, TRUST ME!! The waffles are good and not greasy as most. I liked the cheese steak and will look forward to my next."
