"Every time we stayed at the Ibis we came to Buffalo Grill. This was the last years every time. Last week we came here time's. And both time's it was not good. The food itself was just like the years before (good) but...it's surrounding around it which deserves the points of the The first time we got different waiter/waitress. The first was probably new and forgot almost to write down the sauce. The ordered wine has never come (and was also not on the bill luckily. The service after the meal was very slow. The second time was the worst one. The first point was the waitress, The restaurant was open around (nonstop following the website on saturday) but only waitress was there. We could sit but has to wait minutes. If's only the kitchen I can understand but they didn't serve any drinks during the minutes. That was not possible. Very strange. Than the second point: the floor. We were the only guest at the time and there was popcorn on the floor from a previous time. During the whole visit (even when there were more waitress and guests) it stayed there on the floor. We saw a man cleaning lamps but ignored the popcorn. The third point was another waitress. After the dessert she put the bill on the table without us asking or not even asking if we would coffee. We told there that it's wasn't ok and we would like coffee. She said just ok (without saying sorry) and took the bill away. She did it if she didn't care. The food was again just as before but this was for now the last time in this Buffalo Grill. Hopefully there will be a new manager who will improve the waiters. We also saw that it was less busy. Normally you see a continue coming of locals."
