"Went to Carl?s Jr. with my mom and she ordered very patiently and nicely. The lady who took her order was giving out attitude from the start for absolutely no reason .. it was totally unexpected and unnecessary that caught us off gaurd. I get it, yourtired and you get defensive bc rude customers are annoying however when you have a nice customer please appreciate that. We wereconfused bc the attitude was totally unecessary. Like for what? we were also rushed and yet, the only car in line .. the ladywho cashed us out at the window was named crystal in the reciept but her name tag said Maria. Not sure why the cashiers name tagis different from the computer she is using that put her name on the reciept but if she?s wearing a fake name tag to foolcustomers it must seem the attitude is a common usual thing. Please be nice and patient to your customers who are patient withyou. It was totally unecessary and definitely a buzz kill."
