"We arrived at chin chin for our 5:30 clock reservation on time. the restaurant was not full, there were many empty tables. the host told us we had to wait 10 minutes for a table. After 15 minutes he set a party that arrived to us. I once again declare that we had a reservation that didn't go least in phase. the restaurant was among staffed, the waiting staff and the chefs that there was no sense of urgency or even effort to get customers sitting and fed. the host never apologised us, ignored and gave no notice that he would ever give us a table. he was rude. After we waited 25 minutes, we left. I have gone to chin chin for over 20 years and have never experienced such trouble and inability. we love chin chin, we love eating and we hope they will soon be together!"
