"Venue is nice until you get inside. You’ll notice the roof is low which is fine until the music starts playing. Acoustic inside is rather atrocious and unbalanced. Hard to have a decent conversation or enjoy the wine. Wine itself is very subpar. It’s not for everyone but most on their listing finishes flat with no body. The people who serve the wine are very overworked, stretched thin, and won’t notice you unless you’re Caucasian wearing a trucker hat. We have been sitting for over 30 min to be noticed until we had to walk up and ask the concierge when we would be serve. There’s apparently a lot of miscommunication or lack of competency to register people who made reservations are not being served. Yet the people around us are being served around the clock. The next pour took 20 min and so on. The servers noticed their mistake and tried to remedy their fault but the experience itself has been sullied. Asked for water and they told us the water is to be gotten by ourselves yet i see one of the staff stumble with two cups of water to a table with her fingers inside said cups. She looks tired and rather done with her job honestly. It’s a tough business, I get it with how things are nowadays. But the obvious hyper focus towards people that are Caucasian here is rather astonishing and would not recommend to anyone of any other ethnic background."
