"Charming place... the manager if that 's what you want to call him. Is a snotty terrible teenager. Who talks down to staff and had ZERO clue on how to actually run a kitchen let alone how to talk to staff. He was so rude and we could HEAR HIM treat thestaff like children!! Who does that?! A small petty man who peaked in high school. Maybe the owners might want to consider newmanagement with actual experience. Unless I 'm wrong and the owners hired their bratty nephew because let 's face it guys likethat can 't get a job unless it 's handed to them. Hard workers are hard to come by. Glad this places tosses them aside."

"We were extremely disappointed in our Easter brunch experience. After receiving a message to be on time for our reservation we waited on a line for 30 minutes to just check in for our reservation. The process was a shambles. The line went out the door rather than checking people in for their reservations the hostess was running around filling water glasses at empty tables. We couldn’t even go to the bar to get a drink because we had to wait to get checked in. The table we were ultimately seated at had been vacant the entire time we were online. Our food took forever to arrive. The panzanella salad was ok. My husband’s Easter pie was good, as was my son’s lamb ravioli. My husbands crab cake was good. My son’s French toast was mediocre. My leg of lamb was terrible. It was barely warm absolutely floated in grease. By the time we had dessert they were out of tiramisu. The other desserts were mediocre. With drinks brunch was $200 a horrible experience altogether. This was really a shame because ordinarily this is one of our favorite restaurants."

"The food from here is pretty good, some dishes are stellar and some are okay. So you need to be careful about what you decide to eat. We really like the spicy fish that comes with the noodles from here. Other dishes like their stir fried pork with mushroom or their bamboo pork are moderate to good. They started self service old Beijing style hotpot,$24.95 per person recently,the flavor is very good! Also the owner was flexible and brought out some vegetables that were not already at the bar. We will definitely be going back and telling our friends about this place."

"Don 't come to Legacy Hall, especially for concerts. My wife and I have been coming to the shops frequently and for years. We 've decided after an encounter with security we 're not coming any longer. We 'll stay at the Renaissance, eat and shop at a few places, but we 're done with Legacy Hall, especially for concerts. Insufficient parking Shoulder to shoulder inside and out Long lines for everything Everything is grossly overpriced so you might as well eat at Del Frisco 's. To top it off, when you pay general admission for a cover band concert, because all tables we 're sold out, GA is either sitting on the ground right below the stage or standing on the sidewalk. You can 't sit on the astro turf because if you stand up, you might block the view of some folks at the higher dollar tables. They paid more than you. I 'd pay you twice what they did to shut your pie hole and leave us alone. There was tons of space, but it 's assumed you won 't remain seated and if you get up you 'll disturb the betters. Management and organization of this place is so stupid. They could have color coded some areas, they could map it out better on their site (their site sucks), they could have something highlighted in the ticket confirmation email, or they could reorganize their area. All these tribute bands play the circuit frequently, and Lava Cantina, The Harbor, House of Blues and many other places far better than this are just down the road. We 've seen all these bands in about half a dozen locations. Save yourself lots of hassle unless you 've just got to come to uppity Legacy West."
