We understand why the chef's cooking classes are very successful! we took the menu at 32€: duck of dombs, insert of plums, very successful. Also tasted the endive tatin with blue bresse and chestnuts that balance the bitterness of the vegetable. sot leaves a very melting lacquered turkey with a tasty reduced juice, accompanied by a wonderfully cooked safrane risotto. the 2 desserts of the same level, generous and very greedy redesigned lemon pie, and the tatin pie with caramelized bits to discover absolutely! )service and explanation of the perfect dishes, in a sleek and relaxing setting. A chardonnay of the bugey manicle cuvée des eboulis and a Roman st of colt, all 2 excellent and served at the right temperature! Thanks again to the stéphane chef for his menu of a breathtaking quality/price ratio, and his small cooking tips at the end of service. Don't change anything!"
