"One of the hippest restaurants in Sint-Martens-Latem is surely “Brasserie Boulevard”. Started more than years ago by two friends (Sam and Thomas) who both worked at “Hof van Cleve”, one of the leading Michelin starred restaurants of Belgium. The interior is a warm and cosy, with a fireplace and open kitchen. In summer time they also have a great terrace in the back. The restaurants serves typical Brasserie-style food but also dishes but with a modern twist. We choose the cod with spinach and “mousseline” sauce as a main course. It was delicious. The sauce was creamy, the cod just fell apart when you touched it with the fork. We followed with the dessert of the week : Pistachio ice cream with cassis.
