"Our first time staying at The Algonquin and decided to try Braxton's for dinner. We had a poor first experience and found the food was not worth the prices. We ordered a bottle of wine and unfortunately our server broke the cork while opening and the bottle was not replaced, we had to take pieces of cork from our glasses and mouths. Our server also did not check on us during the entire meal. We went back for breakfast and our server forgot to bring back cream for our coffees and did not provide plates so we had to go up front to request the items."
