"The new restaurant, Eddie's House, is my new favorite restaurant. When I was eating there, I felt like I was eating at Chef Eddie Matney's house. Everything, from Matney's family tree on the wall to the movies that play on the terrace, gives the comfortable atmosphere. It is a good mix of comfort and urbane. Eddie's House is really a jewel in the sea of the pretentious Scottsdale restaurants. Everything on the menu is extremely cheap – located around $20. Plus, you can also get the ducks in half size portions. The food is usually turned on classics. I have the meat leaf that had bacon. I've believed it ever since. I can't say enough good things about Eddie's house. My only complaint is that they are only open for dinner (4pm midnight). The place was super packed when I was there – they just opened last week. I even saw some celebrities! I guess the word's fast, how great Eddie's house is. I definitely recommend requesting reservations before the time. If you do not get your reservations, it is definitely worth every moment that you meet at the door! Eddie's House is a funky, a kind of eccentric, FUN place to eat! Eddie's House is located on the northwest corner of Indian School and Marshall Way."

"We had a nice dinner the portions were generous. Food was hot and tasty. We enjoyed the view of the ocean. Our reservations were early enough that the restaurant was just filling up for dinner so it was quiet. The atmosphere was relaxing. This was our second time eating here. We sat outside the first time both meals exceeded our expectations."

"Very thankful that Eddie's House offers a Passover menu so that we could celebrate while on vacation. However, they didn't plan very well from a staffing perspective the waitstaff needed to have about 3 more people. We were seated at 6:30 and only rec'd water in the 1st 45min we were there. We then were served the second course before the first... Very disorganized."
