"We made a reservation for 7:15pm but the hostess admitted that she messed up and gave our table away to someone else. We told her we would get a drink at the bar. After 30 minutes we checked in with her and she had forgotten about us. We were finally seated at 8:00pm and placed our food order immediately (starving at this point). just 2 pizzas and a salad. The salad came out at 8:45 and just one pizza at 9:00pm. Our guest had eaten his entire pizza by the time the other one arrived. It was a challenge to get the bill to leave and we were grabbing ubers at 10:15pm. We didn't eat until 1hr 30min after our reservation time and we were leaving 3 hours after our reservation time."

"I feel honestly compelled to write that our server accused us of a false adult meal when my son, who is 12, was ordered from the children's menu. He just wanted pasta and instead of butter he asked if he could have Alfredo sauce. She asked if he wanted chicken and/or broccoli and he said no. So his $10 kids meal in $26. Our reception said chicken, Broccolini with Alfredo. He only has pasta with Alfredo sauce, no chicken, no broccolini. She should have let us know before us, instead of being fabulous and ordering an adult meal. He only has pasta. I owe the restaurant I accuse the server. The food we all got was delicious. I recommend the shells, the burger and the chicken stall."
