"Food was delicious. The seafood tower appetizer was amazing! The Shrimp Tempura was perfect. But the 11 oz. Wagu Filet Mignon was outstanding! I've never had better!The family style mashed potatoes were so good I almost ate the whole pot! Great atmosphere and super helpful staff. The only cons: It is expensive. So much good food means you may not have room for dessert."

"We decided to eat at the Edge Steakhouse for our first night in Vegas. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating the entire night. Our glasses of water were filled all night and they periodically checked in on us during our meal. We first started off with our Lobster Bisque. It was pretty good, lacked a ton of lobsters and was a bit small if you ask me for spending $20. We then indulged in the Filet Mignon, which was again very good. It was slightly more on the medium well side but the truffle butter was a great compliment. The creamed spinach was good if you like it thick, creamy and cheesy. The truffle Mac and cheese was so good and was devoured. We then finished it off with the flaming crème brûlée cheesecake. Both were absolutely delicious. The raspberry puree was an excellent complement to the cheesecake. Overall I would definitely recommend eating here. "We went for dinner and were super nervous becuase of COVID. Everyone wore a mask and ppl were only seated at the corner booths of the small dining room, keeping everyone spaced out accordingly. We felt comfortable which allowed us to enjoy the amazing food we had. Definitely recommend the octopus and the Brussel sprouts!"
