"Didn't even get the chance to be seated. Waited over 25 minutes, no one greeted us, the cooks were in the back eating while prepping food for to go orders. There was one person running the checkout who never acknowledged we were there, along with the 2 parties before us. Another customer came in who'd placed a curbside order and told someone he'd called 20 minutes prior from outside and no one's been out yet. One employee came in from the parking lot as we were leaving... Then finally we were very coldly told there was only one server working tonight. Probably would have stayed had someone actually greeted us or communicated. I get everyone's short staffed right now, which is why I waited so long in the first place. But the lack of any kind of acknowledgement isn't called for."

"Best best best burger around. My daughter an I drove 25 min for a burger, after we saw it on a rerun of Triple D. The cooks and peeps are paid to be fun and keep things moving. The quick paced, loud, fun joint is awesome with a great twist of smartassy. So, if you're an uptight, panties in a twist, snooty, snob, that can't handle smartassy people, and have fun, then go to a chain place up in Lansing. More food for us fun smartassy folk."

"We had a to go order. My wife and I have always LOVED the Strawberry Poppy Chicken Salad so we order that to split. It never disappoints. Ordered, too, a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich to share. Quality ingredients good size; but the whole sandwich was ice cold even, surprisingly, the bread! And, when will Panera serve bread that isn't so hard to chew the crust is super tough. Maybe when the Company owners have dentures will they see what we mean. Amy was great. Brent, although we didn't get a chance to talk, looked super organized."

"My husband and I came to the wedding day tonight. Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences we had. Grayson was very attentive and friendly. The whole food was amazing. The margaritas were delicious! We usually go to the canton, but the Ann Arbor site has blown it out of the water! Great work!"

"Really want to like this place but my last two powerhouse salads had rotten cucumbers, and since it was to go I didn't know until I was back at work. They had to have seen them while adding the chicken, right? The tomatoes also tasted off even though they looked ok."

"Love, love, love this place!!! I was introduced to this little gem about 7-8 years ago and I have never been disappointed in my visit. It is my go to. The food is Korean/American combo. So, the usual American diner fare, sandwiches, breakfast fare, etc and then the Korean menu! The Korean menu is a bit smaller, but still plenty of authentic options! Noodle dishes, bento boxes, fried rice, Bibimbap, Japchae, Bulgogi! My partner LOVES The Kitchen Sink omelette! It’s really the the whole kitchen sink too so make sure your appetite can match! I usually stick to the Korean menu. I’ve had the Jopchae, Bibimbap, Bulgogi, Mandu…it’s all absolutely delicious!! Oh! And the cucumber kimchi! If you have never tried it, this is the place to try cucumber kimchi!! It’s become one of my favorite places not only because of the mouth watering food, the super reasonable prices, but for the people. The staff are always so friendly when we are there and they will ask you how you are and mean it. If you like the place and the food, come back. They will remember you. I didn’t think she would remember me or the small exchanges when I’m there, but the photo of the little brown paper bag of kimchi told me otherwise. Truly are nice people that care for people."
