"Great Rueben sandwich. I like the variety of offerings. Fast, friendly service. The inside is fairly ordinary, but comfortable though I often use the drive-thru. Nice, reasonably priced desserts too."

"We were Sat in the bar area. Our waitress was new, but she got everyone's orders wrong in the whole room. My food was wrong all around, I was never given silverware, another table gave me hers since she didn't have her food yet, even though she ordered before me. When my husband asked for a knife he was told no by the waitress. I never got a refill on my drink, overall the service was awful, even though it was her first night. She did have a helper sort of, she should have stepped in to help but didn't even though she saw the issues. The food was horrible. This was our first and last time going. The only nice thing was the group of people in the same room, we were able to talk and joke about the situation."

"I haven't been to Arby's in several months, and I would swear on my kids that they have changed the beef. I went to the Arby's off of the 2600s exit at the Bountiful woods cross area. And picked up the cheddar sandwich with curly fries. Fries where just the same but the beef was night and day different. Usually I eat all the beef including the pieces that fall off from the sandwich but this time I just couldn't. Different texture and stronger flavor. Just too much to actually enjoy. I hop … – show"
