"Adorable store amazing cheese selections. Great history. Reason for one star, the owner talks about people who owe her money, by name. She even showed us an invoice! She is very opinionated which I admire in people but she is just a bit over the top. She will work politics into her conversation if you don’t agree with her she will argue till she pretty much turns a cold shoulder and gives you the boot. We did not care to talk politics so she pretty much handed us our stuff told us to be on our way. I’ve heard she’s done this to other customers also. I’m sad that I won’t be going back there again. I will find another local cheese place to do my business."

"Really amazing place. Carol KNOWS cheese (and she will also let you know). You have an excellent 23-year-old cheddar here, but unlike other shops Carol is proud of it and will not only deliver it to brokers and other shops. If you are a dedicated Turophile, this business is worth visiting a lot of hours in the car: to talk to Carol, hear and see a little of Wisconsin Italian-American history and try some of the best aged Cheddar on the planet."
