"The atmosphere and food of this Arby's on Highway 51 is above par in every aspect. The service is fast and efficient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food mostly looks like it does on the menu pictures. The restaurant is clean and has been kept that way since it opened. There are very few times that you go to a fast food restaurant and get this level of commitment, and I have had many visits to this locale and have yet to be disappointed. If more businesses could emulate what these people are doing, they would enjoy more happy repeat customers. Try the Wagyu Burger, it is fabulous!"

"Melting styrofoam because of dropping too hot of hush puppies in container. I didn?t notice till after I was eating them. This stuff probably causes cancer. I know burning styrofoam is poisonous not sure of melting and ingesting. But I will be looking into this."

"I visit about once a month, and they have screwed up my order these past 4 visits. I order the SAME thing every time! It 's like their employees dgaf what we order, they 're gonna make it however they feel like making it. I 've graciously accepted my past messed up orders n went about my business. But FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!?? It 's not that hard to make a chicken sandwich with cheese, onions, n extra mayo, no tomato. It 's pretty simple. N once again, I have tomato, minimal mayo, no cheese, n no onions. If I 'm paying for this, I EXPECT to get what I paid for. Not something similar . I 'm finished with this location. It 's Union Ave or bust."
