"Ordered online for a client. 2 orders of coconut shrimp 6 cheddar bay biscuits. Used restroom upon arrival. It was clean. Excellent No staff around. Located a sign for pick up orders. A staff member was heading to the kitchen where pick up is located so I told him I had an order and gave him my name. Someone came out with my order. I went to head out but checked for utensils and napkins. Only gave one set of utensils for 2 shrimp orders, The staff was pleasant helpful. That was great. Kind, nice helpful employees are hard to find these days Red Lobster had 2 of them."

"I know on a local level you have no say in menu things.. but please pass along... LEAVE THE MENU ALONE!! PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS!!Sorry, I needed the people to hear me and know.. I haven't eaten at Arby's but a few times this year.. Because you took away the potato cakes in favor of bland crinkle fries..Now, onto this stores review.. Great employees, fast service.. The parking lot is oddly shaped, So becareful pulling in..Food is always yummy and hot!!My go-to food is The beef n cheddar on a sesame bun (I'm allergic to onions) and no red ranch (blech, you'll never convince me it's not Catalina dressing) with Arby's sauce of course!! No fries (yuck), Im not a curly fry fan so, take your chances.. All time favorite is Apple turnover!!"

"Decent traditional American cuisine like you'd find in a diner (Meatloaf, Fried Chicken, Hot Beef Sandwiches, Chicken Fried Steak, and so forth).<br>

I ordered their Chicken Fried Steak dinner which was not on the menu, but on special. The waitress told us it's available everyday and so they should just put it on the menu already. She asked me if I wanted brown or white gravy. I chose white, but instead of getting a white cream/country/sausage gravy I got a yellow chicken gravy. I hope that was a mistake and not what they typically do. Why would anyone want to dip their steak in chicken gravy? I ordered the gravy on the side as I don't like the gravy making the fried batter on my Chicken Fried Steak soggy. The steak itself was cooked well and they nailed the texture, but it was just kind of bland. It seems they rely entirely on the gravy to provide it with any real flavor.<br>

"That was a great dinner. I recommend the lobster charge. amazing mix of buttery aromas, so decadent our server / barkeeper made excellent suggestions and cocktails. the mac n cheese was heavenly. I prefer gras fed/ready steaks fed to mais, but the steaks were good if maybe a little harder than they would expect from a steakhouse. the fried garnels were slender and quite large. delicious. total great eating, service and ambiente."
