"My wife and I wandered in here for a snack while we were exploring Coloma and Sutter's Mill. It was one of the businesses that were open adjoining the park. We didn't have great expectations, but my wife saw some potatoes that she wanted to try, so we tried! She ate the potatoes and I ate gelato. The food was very good as was the service. The gelato was a bit too soft for my tastes."

"Hands down the best barbecue I've ever had in California let alone Texas or the South. The jalapeno cheddar sausage was succulent juicy full of flavor and not overly spicy. The pulled pork was fall apart delicious moist and flavorful. The macaroni and cheese was homemade extremely rich and satisfying. Probably the most comfort food item I had. The potato salad was better than average and the role was freshly made. My buddy had the St Louis ribs and brisket as well as the cornbread with honey butter. All of which were absolutely incredible as well. We tried each other's food which we never do and enjoyed every bite. We were completely useless the rest of the day. I plan on having them cater my next work event and will absolutely be back can't wait to take my family. The service was great the people were friendly the facilities were clean. This is the best barbecue in El Dorado county."

"We asked what was the worker's favorite salad dressing and everything he reacted was honest, I don't like any of them. They then continued to have packed the place completely up to 50 minutes before closing, not two other groups of customers a place to sit outside. They didn't want to warm up the soup for one of the customers. The sandwich was decent."

"Hang down the best grill I ever had in California, let alone Texas or the south. the jalapeno cheddar sausage was juicy juicy full of taste and not excessively spicy. the pulled pork was crushed deliciously moist and tasteful. the makkaroni and cheese were homemade extremely rich and satisfying. probably the most convenient food I had. the potato salad was better than the average and the roll was made fresh. my kumpel had the st. louis ripen and brisket as well as the cornbread with honey butter. all were absolutely incredible. we tried to eat that we never did and enjoyed every bite. we were completely useless the rest of the day. I want her to accompany my next work event and be absolutely back, cannot wait to take my family. the service was great, the people were friendly, the facilities were clean. that is the best grill in the graphic el dorado."
