"Haven’t had Firehouse since I left Alabama 3 years ago. Had a pastrami that was delish and very lean. The bread was nice and soft and warm too!! Definitely a more delightful sub sandwich than Subway and Jimmy John’s. I know where I’m going for lunch when I come to Spokane!!"

"Been here twice... Once with my friends parents who are visiting from out of town and again with my grandson. Food was fantastic. My grandson had pancakes and I had Joe's special which I haven't had since I was a kid and my dad would make it for us lol. Great comfort food, excellent wait staff and great atmosphere... The old train car is full of really cool old memorabilia. Vegetarian options: One of my friends is a vegetarian and he ordered off the menu but Frank's diner is more of a comfort food old fashioned type of eating establishment. Parking: Free parking but not a huge parking lot. Frank's diner does not have a huge seating capacity so the parking lot kind of matches the available seating Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Hashbrowns, Fried Green Tomatoes, Fries Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot"

"I used the drive thru. Always amazing food. I like to get a few sandwiches and throw them in the freezer. I just pull out one at a time. They freeze really well. The fries were better than I have ever had there before. They were actually curly! Not hard little pieces, which seems to be the case for the most part.Parking: Very tight spaces. The drive thru line blocks the parking spots."

"Not a fan of this place, ranch was gross(store bought), burger was blah nothing special, the burger patty was good, fresh. There are places definitely better then this. But over all cute place to go with friends maybe for a shake (no place for children 0-6years to sit)"

"Foods great, but there 's a huge issue with getting fried onions added to a sandwich correctly. You 'd imagine when you say fried onions and they respond okay, fried onions that there 's no misunderstanding in the communication. For some reason, I either get none, or fresh onions. It 's whatever though, minimum wage service."

"I have not had a better breakfast in my life. The food is fresh, it's homemade and it's perfect. The Bistro is clean and such a cute atmosphere, the staff are all very friendly and you can tell they take alot of pride in their products. There specialty lattes with the homemade whip cream are well worth a visit."

"Red Lobster is so happy to have a waitress of Catherine's caliber. She was friendly, took her time to suggest menu items. You could say she really took care of your visit this day. My sister and I ordered (she had crabs linguine, I had lobster tacos). Our orders came immediately. When I asked how mine was, I told her they were a bit dry and could use the sauce on them. She was shocked that they forgot to put the sauce on her and leave. She came with another order (to go) from the same thing (with sauce and an apology). I was so withdrawn from her generosity and kindness, unexpectedly. This experience has given my sister and me a newer respect for this institution and we want to ensure that Catherine (Red Lobster St. Laurent Blvd. Ottawa) gets recognition for her service so that this restaurant shines a little more. You're lucky to have them there."
