"On a tour across Australia, the family and I visited this Meat and Wine Co. We chose it as its got a good variety on the menu and I personally fancied tasting Kangaroo!We were early arriving at the restaurant and so we sat at the bar and had few cocktails, all of which were very tasty!On sitting down we were in a cosy booth for the 4 of us and our waiter was very helpful. The waiter was very well versed on the wine selection and helped us to pick out a bottle, the 2015 Dalrymple from Tasmania (Pinot Noir). A great tasting wine and decent price at $76! We shared a tasting plate starter (3-5people) between the 4 of us, however it was so delicious we could have easily ate a whole plate ourselves!For mains most of us had the hanging kebabs which were all beautifully cooked and very tasty, however I must say the the Kangaroo was the best, very soft and perfectly seasoned, I was very impressed.All in all, great place, great food and great staff."

"Main course, signature Christmas Roast. Very dried out served cold even plates were cold. Pork cold dried out, Turkey dried out hard to cut. Broccoli not cooked potatoes still raw in middle. Topped off with about 1 teaspoon of gravy. When spoke to waitress she wasn’t interested. Finally got the supervisor’s attention. She went spoke to chef. She said the desert would not be charged for Would be steaming hot. She tried her best but alas the Fruit Pudding with custard was served cold, and on very cold plate. Both myself and my wife were extremely disappointed with the experience. The supervisor however did the best she could but due to lack of communication with both the chef Serving staff her efforts to correct the situation was in vain. Regards Alan"

"Bukowski has a great mood and fits well in brixton’s market row, with a small but beautiful beer selection and friendly and friendly staff. at my first visit we ordered the meat plate and a beer and loaded pommes combo and burger at the second visit. while the meat plate was good, the burger phenomenal and tied with the best I tried with great texture, taste and presentation. while the prices are slightly above the average for burger, they are good the cost and a clear recommendation for all Burger artists."
