"The burgers are excellent! I love the Cajun fries too, and they always give SO MANY! The only thing I would change would be that my food is actually ready when I get there. If you order online or over the phone for pick up, they don’t make the fries til you get there. I am all for food being fresh, but I feel like they should give the option of fries being made at same time as burger or not. We don’t live far from there, but I know I always have to allot at least 10 additional minutes to accommodate pickup. Also, if you’re making the burger beforehand and it’s just sitting there until someone picks up, and then you have to make the fries, doesn’t that kind of defeat the overall purpose? The burger sits for the additional amount of time too… doesn’t make sense to me."

"Great food and great service. Our waitress, Courtney, made our visit even better. I've been to many different Cotton Patch Cafes and she was hands-down the best server we've ever had. Did she bribe me with extra gravy? No comment. Thanks for a great birthday meal at my first visit to this location."

"Food was delicious, my husband expressed concern over fish not being thoroughly cooked as it was Wahoo and a very thick meaty fish. When he got to the very thickest part it was not cooked thru. It wasn't a lot but he left it on his plate. Other than that everything was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. We are waiting impatiently for them to have rabbit on the menu again!!"

"Was very disappointed this time. $28 for their Brisket special for three extremely thin, fatty slices. The butter beans looked more like pinto beans, brown in color. The squash casserole was apparently cooking for a while as I tasted nothing but cheese. The seafood dip was more like seafood chowder, soupy. The 4% charge for using a card was a surprise. I get it. But should be advertised and or increase your prices a percent or two and don't charge me for using a card."
