"Great at what they do. I had a sausage and pepper sub, which was excellent and they took off the menu. The fish and chips are my wife's favorite and they are solid. The onion petals are top shelf. The Philly cheesesteak was excellent. Tap beers are cold and fresh, the glasses are chilled and clean. The bartenders are all terrific. Definitely go, you won't be disappointed"

"3 stars because eating was super fresh; but the fact that most of the workers are African Americans and u young have the nerves, no ice for probably more than two weeks now, is a big problem and says a lot about who differs from the chain of command. it's hot in florida! I don't remember a lack of ice. I suggest the top plates get some darn ice asap. I may add that their free frosters are smaller than any other side of the city. with the lack of ice at all and nothing to compensate for that for customers who are not a cheating to their customers."

"The cashier was the only one who spoke to me and the guy she was training. It was the one on Southside Blvd Jacksonville FL I can't remember her name that we have on 6:00 p.m. May went to the Wendy's, she was really sweet and was very busy helping while the manager was just waiting for 30 minutes on chips for my Taco salad. The manager told the new guy to get and he couldn't find it so I waited a few more what she had to do is just go to get my chip. Then the cashier saw that I was stupid, so she stopped and she got it. The cashier, when I was there, needed a raise that she was working on the butt."

"This place is on the hill. always under personal and not assigned manager. I very rarely post a bad evaluation, but last time I was there with my children was terrible. we placed our food order when we ordered drinks. it took an hour to get our suppen from the 3 for me menu (1 burger 2 chicken sandwiches) 2 tables to get us who sat after us, all got their food, aps and drinks before we got our suppe. our waitress never stopped checking us that no drink does not refill. I had to send a food runner to get her so I could ask why our food wasn't out. the acting mgr then brought us our cold hard bungalow food saying that it was not her load and a dessert for our effort. which 1 dessert with 3 children is really not an option so I rejected. I've never seen another server or a person again, nor any beverage refills. I understand low staff and no manager can make dinge hard, but if tables to order steaks and get their food long before a burger does not make since and no real excuse only that is not my load does nothing better I really hope they were back into the restaurant, they were a year ago"

"Black Sheep is a must to visit! Our waitress Ang even let us share the Entree plate on two! Devil eggs come out first, they're delicious. We had Radicchio salad, then steak and potatoes. Everything was perfectly cooked and enjoyable to eat. Make the meal with Black Forest cake a perfect balance of dark chocolate and cherry. While I didn't order a cocktail this time, the menu is full of well-named drinks, which I will pamper in my next visit. Overall, an experience I cannot recommend enough, the ambience is intimate, decorate clean and modern with incredibly friendly staff."
