"I'll start with the Cashier Nicole at the drive thru window, she have excellent Customer Service, she is always so nice and pleasant. She get my order right, she not rushy and she's a excellent listener. But most of all she always have a welcoming Smile on her face when you drive up to the window, not like these other places locally. It seems like they don't want to be bothered but they'll take your order and your money and throw mess of an order out the window to you and they just want you out of there face. And that's so rude. Nicole got it right and every way. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKE YOU WANT TO COME BACK. I hope the employees around her learn from working and watching her, she's a great example for others to mimic."

"Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram at SNDTRAVELS and EATWELLTRAVELOFTENWe've been wanting to try this place for a while but we always seem to miss them, as they close at 2, but Friday we made it.Upon entry, we were greeted by busy but friendly staff. The service was attentive but took a little longer as you would expect at lunch.Mom had the beef stew special with cornbread. The stew was full of tender beef and vegetables. The soup was thinner than we're use to but very flavourful. She enjoyed it very much.Diane had the grilled chicken with mac cheese and green beans. When they placed the plate on the table, you could smell that grill on the chicken and it looked perfect. It was as good as it looked, tender and jucy, with a fantastic taste. Homemade the mac cheese was thick and the flavor was just right. Even the green beans were season nicely.I had the cheese burger and fries. Pretty simple meal done real well. Good size patty and a toasted bun and the french fries were crispy and fresh. All the elements came together to make it enjoyable.Everything here is scratch made and it showed. Co-owner Kim said she and her sister Jenny have been doing it for over 30 years and their experience and care to do it right made this a restaurant we look forward to returning to again and again.Three thumbs-up ???"

"The General Manager Stephanie has a really horrible attitude and customer service skills. I was standing in line waiting my turn to check out and witnessed her be absolutely nasty to two custimers in front of me. When it was my turn she was still really snippy and had an attitude. Just wow in today's time. What is she teaching her employees? How to be disrespectful, nasty, attitudy, hateful, and un realistic on how to treat others. Just down right disgusting for a general manager to act this way to the general public and model exceptional customer service skills for her employees."

"I came in to this resturaunt only to be met with a foot of water flooding the floor and snakes running the dang place! I tired to place an order but i dont speak snake!! So i asked the snake at the register if they had a translator and he said “Words so innocent and powerless in a dictionary, how potent for good and evil they become as they are, as standing in the hands of one who knows how to combine them.” and i went “you could speek english this whole time??”"
