"I dropped in on Friday to check the place out, with no much expectations with my friend. Immediately I was blown off to find out that the Borekas has arrived to Ajax... My favourite pastry!!! So I took one of each with Challa bread and cheese cake to die for just like the owner said and will go back soon for my salmon and cream cheese toast best place ever!!!"

"I have been going to the Bistro on Avenue Rd (where St Louis really started as th name came from the owner) since 1988. I also travel around the city often and eat at several locations. The Ajax location has great staff and is really nice since the renovations, but the wings are not up to snuff. They come burned/over cooked. This has not been a one time thing. I have tried them several times and it is consistent. I even ate in Ajax and then went to the Pickering location the next day to make sure I was not crazy. Pickering cooked them perfectly and Ajax was again over cooked. Something is wrong with the fryer/thermometer or cook in Ajax. The staff, beer and other food is fine but it is a wing joint!"
