"We showed up at 5:30. In the past we have had problems with items on the menu being unavailable and the first thing we jokingly asked about was what was not available. Turned out the meatloaf my husband wanted was not available. I was looking forward to the St Louis ribs. They came half cooked and with very little meat on them. I sent them back and asked for Quesadeia instead. It was dry and had very little filling. This is not a cheap restaurant and we were looking forward to a nice night out but were very disappointed by the experience. This was one of our favorite restaurants. The waiter was good but it will be a very long time before we are back."

"Now called the Black Rose, but the same menu. We wanted Sunday breakfast and I was looking forward to eggs, but not on the menu. I chose a turkey, salad and tomato sandwich that was tasty, but the turkey was processed and there were no frits, soup or salad that came with it. Just the stuff between the bread. 11.95 My husband had the Denver sandwich and again, only the egg filling between roasted bread. 8.95 Coffee was good, but service slow. Must wait 40 minutes to eat and the orders didn't come at the same time. The waitress was very nice, but don't think we'll be back soon. With tip it came to $32.00"
