"Great meal, great service, and great atmosphere. Love it inside there. 50s diner at its finest. Really loved all the black, white, and red accents inside. Decent menu. Definately more meat based. However, I had a the Rudy burger which was a homemade veggie patty with home made tomato jam and it was amazing. The salad was fresh and a good portion too. My husband had the Jailbird which was a crispy chicken burger and he chose fries. Kiddo had mac and cheese. we also tried some local beer which was fun and refreshing. Food came in a decent amount of time. Everything tasted like it should. I really liked how my kid's mac and cheese was homemade and not KD and the grated cheese was a nice touch. I wish they had better hours (closed at four and not open on Sundays) because we are from Edmonton so it is hard to get out there. I brought home cupcakes for our oldest daughter because she had to work. We chose four carmel macchiato, banana split, acai bowl, and cherrry. All of them were good although we all foudn the banana split a little sweet. For sure the acai bowl was our favourite. Really intersting flavours that worked really well. We will be back."
