"I had a highlight of my trip here, with the gourmet plate of cheese, meats bread, fruit, a glass of wine and they threw in a chocolate dessert. I notice the owner has culture clash with foreign tourists. Just bring a lot of time with you, relax, dont want things NOW, understand that this is a place for unhurried gradual savouring. It is not a place for instant attentive service and casual dining. It's a sensual experience. I loved it."

"We ate at this restaurant because we kept driving by on our way to see the sites around St. Remy. I ordered the magret of duck with honey sauce. It was a huge portion and tender. The sauce was sweet with honey and had lots of nuts. It was delicious for me. There were other choices of sauce or natural if you did not like sweetness. My daughter had a hamburger that was also large and delicious. I was full so had lavender ice cream for dessert. My husband had an apple tart. Everything was good and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this bistrot."

"When we first visited after it had first opened we were not at all impressed. However we decided to give it a 2nd chance to see whether it had improved and were so glad we did. Fantastic atmosphere with a great buzz. Extensive and good...wine list and although we did not order the food platters we were impressed with what we saw being served at other tables. Will certainly be returning on a regular basis"

"This place is simple yet perfect. The terrace doesn't have beautiful views but it is nicely decorated. The menu is limited but the items on there are presented in an honest way. I had the ribeye and it was delicious. Accompanied by nothing more than fries and a green salad. Just perfect. More would be overdoing it. Service is super genuine, just enough, not too much. These guys have the concept down to the T. Congrats and thank you for a genuinely nice restaurant experience."
