"Pizza delivery woman comes to our door with pizza. my daughter tries to give her the money to pay pizza. pizza delivery lady turns away quickly, goes back to her car, and leaves. about 30 minutes later my daughter gets a text on her handy from her branch manager fran that she sent her pizza delivery woman back to our house to collect the money and if my daughter didn't pay, then she wanted to call the police on her. demand theft! manager fran also told my daughter that the driver was new. manager fran treated my daughter like she something wrong. No. her pizza lady did it, but for her, the police on my daughter who had tried to pay before, like a criminal was totally outrageous! Finally, the manager fran sent the woman back to the house of my daughter to get the cash that was clearly displayed on the entrance to the collection. the pizza delivery woman who was in the old, appeared really nervous about coming back, but my daughter, in the opposite to manager fran, had compassion for her and understood that her error was easy to fix. manager fran threatened to call the police for my daughter because of the mistake of her driver, was outrageous and unnecessar! store"

"I feel like the pizza has gone down in quality a bit from what it used to be, but maybe I’m getting old. However, I would like them to either do a better job of cutting the pizza or at least send the cutter out with the pizza. The table behind us had several problems (including a poorly cut pizza) and ended up with their meal comped. I just used my pocketknife. When you hear a manager explain to the next table why high school kids screwed it up and actually made the customer feel better, and also have great service, it makes me overall more confident in the business as long as the manager is doing her job the kids will learn."

"I think the Albany Steakhouse is misnamed, it feels more like a diner. Low mood lighting, Mom and pop service, food was great, but not fancy. I ordered water with lemon, they don't have lemon. I wasn't made aware of my server's name, but I get the idea they work there day in and day out. Go for the food, the prices are low, don't go for the atmosphere, if you walked in to this restaurant and there was nobody there, you'd think it was abandoned."
