"Good pizza, but arrived 35 minutes late (promised was 45 minutes, they arrived after 80 minutes). And they were stone cold. The manager was untruthful- he kept promising that the pizza was 3-4 minutes away, time and again. No explanation given."

"We waited almost an hour to order, rather too long I thought. But nice decor, good atmosphere, excellent staff, but a bit understaffed the night we were there. Being South African I just had to order the South African burger and although it was really nice (especially since I was hungry after waiting so long to order) I didn't see what made it South African. A little Mrs Ball's chutney would have done the trick, or some spicy chakalaka. Parking is also problematic, probably best to use public transport. All in all well worth a visit but don't expect an authentic South African burger."

"I don't know how this chain can survive with delivery times of 1.5 hours, and that on a late Sunday evening when it couldn't possibly have been very busy. The pizzas arrived lukewarm, the dough was soggy and not well baked through. There was almost more rim than topping on the big pizza. Basically everything that can go wrong with pizza delivery went wrong. Will never order here again."
