"I have to admit, we almost didn't stop because at first glance it looks like this boulangerie was part of the gas station next door, but it is not! This is a completely separate business which produces quality bakery and other menu items. I had a lovely panini with walnuts, onions and Le Fleurmier cheese (a soft cheese, like Brie, that is locally produced). I was grateful to find a tasty vegetarian item in an area that seems to enjoy meat. In addition to bakery, sandwiches and pizza, they also offer a variety of locally produced food items such as cheeses, honey, maple syrup, preserved meats etc. We not only had a good lunch, but we also bought fixings for dinner too. If we were staying closer to Beaupre, we would definitely stop here again!"
