"First a very nice cellar with a great atmosphere. in our case was also the chosen choice of wein very good. Unfortunately we are on this evening unfortunately for the Bielensteiner relations, but rather late in this cellar (11 person) at arrival at 21:30 clock and reception of the order, we were very clear from the waiter that the cellar would close at 23:00 clock. Nevertheless we gave a job and there were still a few bottles ordered up to 22:15. from this time we order and the approx. 20 other drinkers no longer. we were laid dry and this in the most beautiful time of the evening. "8 migrating men from the Lower Rhine have migrated the sunny moselweinberge and enjoyed the time. the tüpfelchen on the “i” were the hotel lipmann am klosterberg and the old customs house. topp hotel with spacious, modern, clean rooms, classy breakfast, super-netted hostes and extremely friendly, courteous staff. the evening menus in the old customs house were top class. also included an informative gourmet hike with basti and an extensive wine tasting in the 10th house cellar. we have been wandering for 29 years now and are all agreed to have never been spoiled so accommodating. we will certainly come back with our families or friends. thanks for everything."

"My wife and I spent 6 days in and around Beilstein. we had the luck to get a dz in the hotel old city wall. our room was fresh and renovated with high quality materials. falling flowing in the living/sleeping area, king size bed with good matratze. in the bathroom star galaxie' flows on the wall and floor. spacious shower cabin with hand and rain shower. the dz is very generously cut. for service: the host, the woman lipmann and her service are extremely friendly, attentive and courteous. beyond her job is woman lipmann always available for tips and advices. in the kitchen: the breakfast is extensive. cut, salmon, cheese, jam, mice, juices etc., what the kitchen leaves to eat is the best class. the manageable menu shows that eating here is really freshly prepared and they taste it. we have learned that for example a small amount of stone mushroom was delivered by a friendly mushroom collector of the house, which were then processed in the evening menu. all in all: the top address in beilstein when it comes to night and eating. many thanks to all those who were so striving for our well-being."

"A place that is very cozy.The gastronomy as well as the hof are nicely designed,the service attentive and friendly,the toilets do not give a chance to mecker. the offered foods are typical of the besen and I have to say that the slaughter plate has not made me happy. both the liver and grated sausage and the sourded herb were taste-neutral. That's better.The Mandarin cheese cube was excellent."
