"This is fundamentally a take-away, as is apparent as soon as you walk in the door. However there are several tables for eating at up the stairs to the back (these are what you see in the photograph). You order at the counter from the friendly proprietor, who makes great pizzas, burgers, and paninis, to order. He also makes home made chips, in the British sense - definitely not fries / frites. The bun for the burgers is a very substantial artisan-made roll, almost a meal in itself, and far better than your typical burger bun. The pizzas are enormous - two between three of us were more than enough.Pizzas were served on the cardboard base of a pizza box, with a sharp knife to cut, but no plates. Burgers were served on cardboard plates. We had a bottle of local rose wine, which was good for the price, but had to be drunk out of plastic cups. So in terms of the actual dining experience I would liken it to McDonalds, but the food is vastly superior, so don't let the comparison put you off. It is very much a one-man operation, and his focus is necessarily cooking, not serving and clearing. So, if you are looking for a restaurant, this is not it; but if you want a take-away, possibly with the added bonus of somewhere on hand to eat it, this is perfect."
