"So much I hate to say this because the load is always clean, the personal is always friendly, and eating is always good, due to their newer policy of not taking coupons I will no longer go into this subway. (they had written a sign, but it was a place where I had to strike down because of my height to see it. Besides, when I still accepted another local subway coupons and asked my subway back so that I go to get them at the other place, they have my good only this time honored it's a pity that this is in the regular the subway to which I go, but if I can't use the coupons anymore, the subway seems to me, I go somewhere else."

"Rib tips were extremely hard to chew and mostly bones. Fries that came with tasted like fish, must have cooked them in the same oil. The sign at the window said “no cash refunds” that should have been a sign. So disappointed in my $15 lunch."

"Wow, this place is fantastic! from super impressive menu to excellent service. our group tried the tender, black-ass bargains and borrow mine. everything was excellent and we cannot wait to return and try the other tasty entrées. very recommended this jewel in burton!"

"Tonight we went to one of my favorite joints in the area in the summer to see what it 's like in the winter. Although I always say this is a Geauga hidden gem, it was so quiet (legit only people in the entire restaurant), it missed the mark tonight. The reason I love it in the summer is they have an amazing patio with a great drink selection and delicious salads. Although this is a smokehouse , this is far from it. They have great French onion soup but their steak is just okay. Their award winning bacon is delicious but nothing to write home about. I do wish they would expand their menu, change their food focus to American, and lower the prices because honestly these prices will not last in Burton, Ohio. With all that being said, the staff is so nice and it 's a great feel inside and the food is decent when hungry. I just hope they change it up a bit to keep this place going and revamp it bevause with that location and how pretty the inside is, it has so much potential!"

"This place is an up and coming gem! My first visit to this dining and live music establishment was on 12/30/16 with a group of seven family members, three of whom lived five minutes away and suggested we go there. My meal started with an appetizer of chips and salsa--homemade green chili salsa--that was some of the best salsa I have ever eaten. The draft beer was cold, the wait service were friendly and attentive, and our table ordered the margherita and meat lovers pizza. For myself, I had the chili con carne appetizer which was generously served in a pretty sizable bowl. It was so delicious I decided to order another bowl and make that my meal! Finally, during our meal we got to listen to an unknown yet talented, live country music trio who played some great cover songs, such as music from George Strait, Merle Haggard and others. What a great place--I will definitely return soon and I would hands-down recommend it to anyone!!"

"We stopped at 10:30, it was pretty good empty, and sat immediately and where we asked to be, the hostess was pleasant. Our waitress was a treasure and very attentive. The toned tacos were excellent, our meal was quite good, we had Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with four cheese apple wood bacon Mac and cheese we also got, Bourbon Street steak with saute mushrooms and onions with garlic potatoes. Everything was great, except the steak was very boiled and my strawberry chocolate margarita was very watered and you could only taste the lime, We sent the steak back and they had already shut down their broilers and turned it back to cook the steak for a while. But the state came back undercooked, we told the waitress that it was good and we would cook it at home. And that was good with us since we came to the conclusion so late. Even the service manager was very pleasant."
