"Very child-friendly (our children between 6 and 12 years played the whole afternoon and loved him and were happy with what they ordered from the children's menu.) our food was excellent, each dish cooked to perfection (especially the salmon we asked “sintered” instead of medium,) and very cheap. the cheese and the cold meat plate was great to share as a starter, and the flammpie a winner under young and old. service was very friendly."

"The food is still very good. But the menu orientation has changed a lot. They started with a very organ meat orientation cooked in a traditional french way, but now it is more like a normal cape townian restaurant with only 2 menu items that are organs. But I understand that for Cape Town that was perhaps a little bit too exotic. Anyway, very good food experience. Just dont like the cold deco and the chairs will come back."

"Had your Vegan Banana and Peanut butter shake 10/10, best shake I've ever had. Satisfying and not overly sweet like regular shakes. Also the portion was enough to share (had standard size). Service was also really good."

"The small space has been optimally used with high rise chairs and tables. If you have any hip problems or are wheelchair bound this cafe isn’t suitable. The staff are friendly and attentive. What I experienced from the toasted sourdough ‘bacon’ aka seitan and cheddar cheese sandwich I’ve order, I was not a fan of the texture of the sandwich in my mouth as well as the taste unfortunately. The items are priced between moderate expensive. 100% vegan ."

"Great selection of Tex-Mex food in the southern suburbs. The nachos is always a winner (with beans or veg) and is suitable for 2 people to share. Service is pleasant and efficient. Weekends and happy hour get rather busy especially if sports games are on, so be sure to make a reservation to avoid disappointment."
