The hot wine is to be advised, they put orange juice in it, not cinnamon bcp and it is too strong (there is a strong alcohol taste inside) we were 3 adults to think the same thing. At the top of the tracks you will find real and much better. The fries are just cooked and still . . .the places are clean, the professional and nice closet.Trop of air current coming from the outside door. "I came to eat here a beautiful summer evening, just arrived in the charming little town of Cauterets. This restaurant is suitable if you are hungry, but I recommend you go your way if you are looking for exquisite, original and elaborate dishes. However, I still have to admit that this mixture between the Breton cuisine and the Italian cuisine is quite amazing: pizzas, pasta, cakes... there are for all tastes. I ordered a crêpe whose cooking was not very happy, I almost said that it was frozen at the beginning and that it was warmed with the micro wave because of the slightly pasty texture and the rather mediocre taste. But let's go. My dear travel companions made the relevant choice of a bruschetta that turned out to be delicious. "Pleasant place overlooking the valley of cauterets. We gave 2/5 for the following reasons. We have taken a very good garbage and the menu discovered at 28 eur for salad with some bacon and fresh pork granules, then a vulgar black pork rib accompanied by tarbais beans and fries houses. this menu does not deserve the 28 eur prize. The worst is the demand for melba blueberries processed without our consent in blueberry ice, certainly homemade, but billed at the price of 7.5 eur off menue. It's a pity and hoping that we didn't have a chance because it doesn't match the other opinions."

"We wanted to stay overnight after a long walk from Refugé Bayselance. After a group right in front of us cancelled their booking, we have been sent away with just a sorry you have to walk on . This is just unacceptable. We weren 't even asked if we 'd like to have a meal."

"We came across Le Billot around 7 pm on a Wed. It was clearly a local bar, no tourists in sight. They weren’t serving a menu, just some small plates, but the local cheese plate and Serrano ham were stellar. The atmosphere was fantastic, the kind of place that you feel at home and everyone knows each other, and welcomes you, even if you’re a tourist. An excellent place to get a drink."
